We had a section of the flat roof replaced on our office building and the price was than the other competitors. The crew rescheduled once; however, when they did get on-site they moved very quickly and diligently. Rotten wood was addressed promptly and replaced. The completed product was great, the seams were very nicely done, and they left the area relatively clean. The old roof was gravel and some gravel was left in the flower beds, but they picked it up.
